This is one of my oldest videos; the quality is awful, but still, there is just something about this chubby girl that made me smile. I didn't make it for any one, and I can't even remember why I decided I wanted to make her. But it really didn't matter back then; I just had fun playing with clay, and I think it shows in the video.

This was the first time I got over  1000 views; I was so proud of myself and looked at Wendy over and over again, trying to figure out what made it more popular than the others. I never did manage to crack the code as to why, but I did end up realizing that it did not matter. Wendy is awesome, and since I made Wendy, that made me sort of awesome too.

This was my first Mr. Clayfect request. He came to me with the idea, and before I knew it, we were eagerly talking and throwing ideas left and right about how this sculpture should look. It was so artistically stimulating that I often think back to that day when I feel burned out.

This is my first sculpting battle with Mr. Clayfect. I love every match that Mr. Clayfect and I have done. Even though it always ends up being a bit of an emotional rollercoaster for us, since we are both perfectionists, we always end up having fun together and bring out the best in each other.

In my hunt for monsters that I could turn into monster babies, I found the hydra and quickly realized it would be impossible to make with my skill and knowledge. And when I researched further, I discovered that no one on YouTube had attempted it. So, of course, I had to make it, and it is still the piece that reminds me that I can do more than I give myself credit for. 

Jack was my first video that exploded and made me believe that I could become a big YouTuber over time, which I still hope someday might happen.  For many people, it was there they discovered my channel. And I am oh so grateful for that, and therefore Jack will always have a special place in my heart.

Simple but sort of perfect to me is the owlbear cub. I didn't have a story ready for this one as I usually have. But it felt wrong not to bring her to life as much as possible. So I made it up as I recorded. Sometimes improv really can improve things, I guess.

It was one of those days when you don’t want to plan or do anything big, that Grug came to be. I dived in headfirst and just played around with the clay. It was almost meditative, but when I put the flower in the golem's hand, I was reminded of the first time Mr. Clayfect held a newborn puppy. How such large hands can be so gentle with such a fragile creature still amazes me; that is where the spirit animal story came from.

When I first got diagnosed with sclerosis, I felt broken beyond repair. And that is how Stan-Steve came to be. When I was done with the video, I couldn't stand to look at it. So I gave it to one of the strongest people I know, my stepdad, so he, in a weird way, could carry my grief for a little while. I never told him the reason; he probably wouldn’t understand it. But it makes me feel a little better. It does get a little better, day by day.

I was so nervous about this video. People have this layer of professionalism they can put on. However, in part thanks to my borderline personality disorder, it is not a layer I have. So I knew it was only a matter of time before my viewers figured out how wrong and twisted I can be. I was so afraid all the time of being hated, of being too much. So I ended up saying f*** it and showed them who I was. The response I got really changed how I look at myself. 

I could have picked any of the Unseen Creatures, really. This is another series Mr. Clayfect and I are doing together. And there isn't any part of this I don’t love, from calling each other when we find a new everyday annoyance to figuring out how that creature would look and act; it’s a blast for me and hopefully also for Mr. Clayfect.

It meant a lot to me to give my mother a gift that both Mr. Clayfect and I had worked hard on. And having my Clayfuls along for the ride made it even better. Even though the creation of this sculpture involved rock hunting at the beach, when the rain is pouring down and my dog is hunting a red balloon…my life is weird sometimes. 

Another Unseen Creature Video. This is one of Mr. Clayfect's favorite videos. He told me that they look like something his mom could have made, which is a very big compliment coming from him. I have been told she was a very creative person, so I feel honored to be put in the same category as her.
